The Connector for Salesforce and Jira is back to its normal state, and we are closing the incident. The root cause is still being researched and an update will be posted once the root cause has been identified. It continues to be a high priority internally.

Symptom:

Occurs during the hours of 3 PM and 6 PM CST, lasting for 2 to 3 hours before returning to normal.
This behavior began after an outage caused by Salesforce on June 21, 2024.
We believe the changes may have impacted operations that previously ran normally, including local customizations at our customers' Salesforce sites.

Action Required:

To our customers: If you have large automated operations (Connector for Salesforce and Jira) running in Salesforce during the hours of 3 PM - 6 PM CST, please contact our customer support. There is a possibility that the behavior of these operations have changed, and we need your assistance to accelerate our investigation and resolution.
